Move host and upgrade from 1.5.5.1 to latest Opencart 3.xx [live website)

Hey guys
I need someone ready to work.
Move live website 1.5.5.1 that is running really slow on current host with lots of hardcoded stuff 5 years ago with vqmods. working fine apart from being very slow right now.
I have opened account with new better host now..
I need it to upgrade from 1.5.5.1 to latest Opencart version with default setting*[see below]/theme. No vqmods, modules or themes needed.
I will add myself journal theme, vqmod and extensions when needed

Must have experience in moving and upgrading websites.
*About 2k products and customers data.
*Regional Zones must be same [took me a while to add missing region and zoned]
