I cannot view Order details in the admin module

Hi Guys,
I hope some of you can point me in the right direction.
I'm using Opencart Version 2.0.3.1
When a customer places an order, I can see the order in the Admin module however when I click the little 'eye' icon to view the order details, it seems to time-out, eventually requiring me to log-in again.
I've checked the error log and no new errors are being generated.
The website is using SSL (not sure if this has any significance), everything else is working dandy-o!!!

do you have any modifications at all? One of those could be the cause if it is doing something timely and your host is setup to timeout.

If not again it will be because your host is too slow and/or setup to timeout too quickly, you need either a better or faster host, or they need to change the apache timeout times to be greater.
