Hi,
I am new to opencart and I have encountered some issues.In my opencart website,my customer was receiving order confirmation email without clicking the confirm order button.Yes I tested and I faced the same issue.The order is placed and the order confirmation email is sent when I am only in the checkout page.It is like you confirm the order by just going to checkout page.Please anyone.

Are you using a customised checkout, and which payment modules do you have?

I am using 'cash on delivery ' and 'MPU' for payment method.As for checkout page I am using 'So-onepage Checkout' and 'Two-factor authentication.OTP and SMS Notifications' from purpletree soft for order confirmation.
