ControllerExtensionExtensionPromotion

On OC 3.0.3.1 I have ControllerExtensionExtensionPromotion shows up in my extension list as heading_title. The file appears to make calls to the opencart server probably for ads. I have no problems with a few ads to help support the project, but it looks really hokey . Am I missing a file? This site did have a failed upgrade to 3.0.3.2 is it possible this is a residual?

In an OC v. 3.0.3.2 clean installation, i can see a banner - advertising if i pick any type of extension, but i do not have any heading_title , missing text in the selector of type extension. So, Maybe in your case, this is a mix of things related to a failed upgrade and a new modification in oc 3.0.3 transition. I don`t have troubles supporting the project with advertising, but it really seems like something without a clean finish.
