Size Option In Admin

I want to list some shows in my new site and therefore need to make options in the cart when purchasing with regard to size. Can anyone give me some non techie info on how to do this. I have gone into Options menu to find some size specs large. med. sm but need to have size options such as 41cm, 42, cm etc...thank you

Go back and just change the words from small to 41cm, medium to 42cm etc.
The edit button is on the right next to the delete button

Thanx for that i have changed those that exist as instructed but have attempted then to INSERT new size options and i get the following:

Error: Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'option_value_id' at row 1
Error No: 1366
insert into option_value set option_value_id = '', option_id = '1', language_id = '1', name = 'larger'

I am putting larger in or 43cm - either way im up to something no good...LOL

Firstly, it doesn't matter what you put. Software dos not care whether you input bunny tail or extra large.
Something is wrong with your install.
Did you install 0.7.8 or 0.7.9RC3
Go to the News and Announcements section here and download 0.7.9RC3 and install 0.7.9RC3. Try again.
