affiliate issues

Hello , i have issues with affiliate system
1- the tracking code for each member is so so long i need to customize it but i have to do it manually to each account .. isn't there a way to make the tracking code for each account as the username of his ?
2-affiliate members can not edit there own code it will be the same , i have to edit it for them from the control panel ..
3- i can not send an email for affiliate groups because they are signed as a normal members in array i don't know why ..
i mean when i chose affiliate group it only shows me 2 customers and the others are not in the same array
