Hello any help please
opencart 3.0.3.2 navigation menu bar is always expanded is their any way to close and show only icons?

No, OpenCart 3.0 removed the ability to collapse the menu.

In front i use journal3 theme
is that any way to fix navigation collapse?

I've never seen an extension or theme that fixes this. I'm also annoyed by it, so I tried to fix it myself when 3.0 first came out, but it was too much work so I gave up. I'll try and get it into my
OpenCart Admin Improvements extension when I have time to work on it again, but I'm not sure when that will be.
