Guess your shop is not working correct!
As the message already tell us everything what we have to know:
Too many connections
Look for another provider or upgrade your current package.

I know it's connections, but was just asking as to why the error occurs.

Because on this server are Too many connections
Cheap and/or lousy configured hoster, and/or minimal configured hosting packages will show messages like this.

As written: either ask the hoster to increase the allowed connections or look for a better hoster.

Your connection sockets are not being closed on the server while they should be. Contact your host in order to resolve this issue.

The issue has been resolved. It's all it matters. The probability that users will use the forum search or knowing the existence of Google Search are pretty low due to the mount of the same topics and posts being addressed on the forum in a day-to-day on anyhow.

I have asked my hosting provider to upgrade my hosting package to a dedicated server.

If that would be the case, there would be no such case on creating jobs for people having to find endangered animals who looses their tracks.

Your contribution to the forum is very impressive so you must understand that it is generally accepted forum etiquette in most technical forums to post the answer you found to any given problem rather than just say "thanks, I fixed it, please close".

To accept claims in general, XML files wouldn't have to be posted as a self-explanatory solution while even Administrators addresses that these files should not be published as a solution due to OC changes.

For instance, if we look at this post: viewtopic.php?f=191&t=198948#p759508 . The user says the issue has been resolved but did not say how it has been resolved since an XML file was provided.

The rest all goes to following the rules. Remember, people only posts in here for their own benefits, not for forum supporters. If it'd be for forum supporters, we wouldn't need to have this conversation as for me to indicate on almost every posts that the forum rules haven't been followed when users creates a new topic.

Hi, it's possible that it's not about poor hosting package. Because I have three websites with OpenCart and get this error only on the one with OC3031. Also I moved server and still get the same erros.

I am using English OpenCart 3.0.3.8, Default Template/Theme, php 7.4, Latest Brave Browser (No Ads-Blocker, etc.)
