It is because of the file permissions. Create a folder and give it the right permissions (755)

Customer folder? That error shows there is no logs folder. You have to create the logs folder and give it the right permissions (0755)

One.com dows not allow folders outside /httpd.www/

Automatic relocating storage folder is not possible. Use Manual method.

Edit both /config.php and admin/config.php and change:

Code: Select all

define('DIR_STORAGE', DIR_SYSTEM . 'storage/');
Into:

Code: Select all

define('DIR_STORAGE', '/customers/f/2/d/skadehjelpen.no/httpd.www/_private/storage');
Copy all folders and contents of /system/storage to /_private/storage !!
