I was wondering if someone can help me identify a strange issue I'm having. On my order preview page the page where you can still a particular order there is some text at the top left hand corner that says 'cal', it only appears here on the admin page and I have no idea what is causing it.

If I inspect it with google html tools the code looks like this at the start of the html:

<body>cal

<meta charset="UTF-8">
<title>Orders</title>
<base

I don't know what is creating this text, perhaps I have a corrupted file somewhere. Which files generate the order preview pages and I'll have a look and compare with stock opencart files.

I am using Opencart Version 3.0.3.2 with Journal v3 Theme

Appreciate your help.

Yes I thought this aswell so deleted and disabled VQMOD and cleared all caches and the text is still there. What are the template files that generate the order preview page?

Depends on your template, but <body> tag is usually a part of header template.

I'm using Journal v3. I don't think its the theme as I re-uploaded the entire theme again. What opencart header files can I check?

None, you'll have to check JOURNAL Files, not OpenCart... ::)

Hi Ernie,

I replaced all Journal files and this strange text is still there. I'm pretty sure the issue is not the theme since I don't believe the theme generates or changes any of the basic admin functions.

The error only appears when viewing an order from the admin side. No other page in admin has this. What generates the following URL

/admin/index.php?route=sale/order/info

After hours of looking I found out it was one of my payment modules. One of the files had 'cal' before the first <?php

Must have been a typo from the developer.
