Would like to know how to be able to add multiple phone numbers on Contact Us page as shown from my attached file.

modify your theme contact_us.twig or tpl file from catalog/view/theme/journalx/template/information folder and add it or you want it with admin controll

wow that's really quick but i'm new into coding, can you guide me which line of codes need to add, or do you know custom modules for that particular setting, thank you in advance
