Simple affiliate link addon

Can't seem to find any affiliate add-ons allowing customers to be directed to an affiliate link when trying to purchase a product. ie: amazon, ebay, etc
Looks like the focus is only on setting up your own affiliate program. Any recommendations?

Have you tried googe?
"opencart affiliate product links"
or maybe
"opencart add to cart button redirect"
