slider refused to remove again from bottom to top of homepage

hello
I was trying new positions of slider and i removed it from top to the bottom but i did not like the new place
I changed the position to the top and saved but it didn't removed again
i deleted the whole layout & created new one but still the problem is not solved yet
the slider still in the bottom of the bage
how can i get it back in the top of the page ?

Every day someone posts a question like this without any information about the OpenCart version, theme, or extensions.
How are we supposed to help without that info?
For example you could be using Journal, in which case the way banners work is totally different ... or any one of thousands of extensions which again would require a different answer ...

This is simply not enough information.
What is your OpenCart version? How exactly did you create the banner? With what module? What happens if you temporarily switch to the default theme?
Journal 2 has a known reputation for causing clashes with many 3rd party extensions because of its poor implementation.
Finally, are there any messages in your OpenCart error.log ?

Well, better just read first about, on what it takes, before creating Postings, then,
one won't have any problems. It's technical Place, and 'understanding & patience'
are no part of it, because OC is no common welfare project, but a moneymaker
Software, for everybody involved. So, free time is a rare good, and should not be
wasted, by posting near nothing of real
OC value. It's as easy as that.

What is your OpenCart version?
The number of open cart version is
3.0.2.0
How exactly did you create the banner?
Via journal >JOURNAL SLIDER>Add to Layout>position :top >save
I use journal 2 module
What happens if you temporarily switch to the default theme?
Nothing that’s the problem
Finally, are there any messages in your OpenCart error.log ?

Well, it looks like you'll have to get in touch with the authors of Journal 2, most likely the issue not with OpenCart itself.

I communicated with the hosting company ( the author)
and they said this problem should be solved by the open cart support !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, a Hosting Company has sure no relations to this,
except possibly, if they sold you an OC Installation, consisting out
of a 'proprietary' Custom JOURNAL Theme, which would be illegal,
and only officially registered Journal Users can contact Journal
Theme, if they run into a Problem.
So, either make sure, to have/use a legally bought Journal Version,
or then, sue the Hoster, who sold you the Installation. And to get your
paid Custom Theme Problem solved, outside of Journal Support, you'll
need to get it made by a Professional anyway, since OC Forum Support
does not include commercially offered Extensions in the first place.

I just tested the standard slideshow on an OpenCart 3.0.2.0, and it works just fine.
