Upgrade Extension to 3.0.3.1

Hello, I use this extension (
https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=24601) on my store, but I'm upgrading to 3.0.3.1 opencart and sadly I can't find something like this to 3.0.3.1 version, I tried to talk to the dev but its inactive since 2015. So I would like this extension or something like this to the version 3.0.3.1.

Ow thanks, almost, just don't show the total of orders, and shows "guest customer" but its a registered customer, you can see in the pic.

I think you have download first upload version...when I forgot to change some code.
