Worldpay problem orders showing as 'Missing'

Hi,

When placing orders on my shop (version 1.4.8) I have installed Worldpay as the one and only payment method.

I placed test order with my own credit card and the money comes back into the company bank account from Worldpay, but when we look in the admin section of the cart the order details cannot be seen... when I then choose to filter by 'Missing Orders' there are the test orders - so is this something I have not set up correctly on worldpay or is it a problem with the cart itself??
