Looking for currency IP based extension

Hello,
Anyone know an extension for oc3.0.2.0 with the following functions :
Change currency based on user IP address ?
User can switch currency only to USD (to avoid scrolling a long list of worldwide currencies)
On checkout, currency is switched automatically to USD, because my bank accept only USD payments
Thank you for some ideas

A very, very bad idea. Any traveling customer will be switched to currency he may never even heard of. Imagine yourself traveling to Israel and automatically switched to shekels just because you visit the store from different country.
Please, don't force language, currency or any other stuff by IP. From visitor's point of view it's extremely annoying.

It is also not accurate as ipv4 shortages have caused ranges to be bought and sold faster than you can update your ip-to-country table.
For currency pre-selection you might do it but if you only check-out using USD, just set it to that.

If I want to checkout only with USD how to set that ? is there a setting somewhere ?

True, but in this case the users who are abroad will switch to USD.
Btw you pointed to an interesting point, if an IP indicate Isreal by mistake, and the user switched the currency to USD, what will happen when he browse more pages ? I think it will turn back to shekels and he will have to choose USD every time he click on a link.
