Royal Mail Shipping Help :D

Please can someone help me with the royal mail shipping, i have put everything in kgs, the only item i have put the weight for is the magic springs on my website (http://www.sen-toys.com) but it says there are no shipping options available. is there something i need to change? as i am at a complete stand still nothing seems to work and whats worse is when i tried using parcel force it told me shipping was £162.99 or something like that so i uninstalled that shipping method, someone here must have experienced this? and have an answer please help

Would i need to change something in the file royal_mail.php? folder:catologue/model/shipping

Hi, yes well i first changed all products listed to be set in kg, then went into my settings and to store and set it up so weight is defaulted at kg, was really easy and was sat right in front of me, i think i just over complicated things. if anyone does want more of a description then just ask or pm me
