It adds extra shipping for oversized items per item by utilizing the LOCATION field in the Data tab. Everything was working fine for 2 years but all of the sudden, it does not add the extra shipping charge into the sub total or order total! What could be wrong? The Ext. author hasn't responded to my email for help.

Well, how would one be able to ?

You did not spare a simple fact, but it requires Logs and exact knowledge
about your Setup. One needs to have a look at your Software, if you are
unable to deliever 'Values'. But that's sure not a Mod Sellers Problem,
after a Mod seemengly worked for quite a while.

Ask your Hoster first, if he changed the PHP Version, without telling you.
And, if so, your Mod possibly needs to be reworked. But that's also not
the Sellers Problem, to fix such on his own expences. Just to have you
warned, that such could be waiting for you ...
