order confirmation/description problem on opencart

im using paypal to process the payments on my store but sometimes I got a payment confirmation fron paypal and I got to my opencart to check for orders and there is customer or order even know I receive the payment no order on opncart orders and from paypal no order description just the payment for the order and ThIS is a big PROBLEM to me because I have to email the sender of the payment to ask what was the order Im using opencart 1.4.8b (pp standard final 1.4.9) and paypal express from "Qphoria"
