Checkout Page ''PLEASE WAIT'' stuck

Hello guys

Sorry for my bad enlgish

i am now preparing my new ecommerce website and added a paypal pro payment and cash on delivery i want to test the check out page but when i fill all details and going to order accepting the terms and clicking on continue and after that its coming a '' PLEASE WAIT '' and stuck i dont have error or anything else only its stucking on PLEASE WAIT
can someon help me pls ?

OC : Version 3.0.3.1
Theme : Fastor ( Market )
Extensions : Quick checkout from Fastor theme when i disable it and use the default checkout from OC than when i click on checkout its coming a window with Erorr but without code Just Text Error
but when i use the Quick checkout than is stuck on PLEASE Wait
