Manual Order - Add Product & Remove Products Not Working

I am trying to create a new manual order via - Admin > Sales > Orders > Add New. After selecting the customer in the 1st screen, when I search and try to add a product in the next screen, nothing. I keep on clicking Add Product, but niether any message is shown nor the products table on the page shows anything.
I can also see the API working fine, as the calls are success.
I had upgraded from Opencart 1.3 to Opencart 3, a while ago.
