Gents, I need your help "mod_fcgid: can't apply process slot for

Gents,

I hope you can help me or at least tell what is wrong. My hosting company told me today that this process is making my website be unreachable

mod_fcgid: can't apply process slot for /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/namexyz/php/namexyz.com/namexyz.com-wrapper.sh

I am getting over 2000 records like this per day which at the reach the 4 PHP processes which i a limit.

Can you please tell me what is the problem. I am looking for help everywhere. Maybe here you can help me to answer my question.

Time to move to decent hosting, only 4 slots is morning.
A decent server should have at minimum 150 slots 300 prefered
