Enhanced address book functionality

Hi Opencarters,
Is there a module available that can do the following ? I have a site in OC3 that is purely B2B. Every customer has two addresses, a billing address and a shipping address. The checkout process restricts customer access to change these but what I need is for the default address to be assigned to billing and the 2nd address assigned to shipping (the customer cannot change this).

Have a good search of the store, perhaps use Google to search more effecitvely: If not, pay a developer from Commercial Support.
