Problem in Admin Space [Manufacture]

Hi everybody

I'm using OC 2.1.0.1, When I want to add a new manufactory, I find the inputs like Manufacturer Name, SEO Keyword, and image but the problem, I couldn't found the inputs as such phone and address. In the HomePage, I can see all these information about the manufacturer (Manufacturer Name, SEO Keyword, address, phone ...).
I replaced the admin folder with a new admin folder, this is why the fields (phone, address) are gone.
In the database, the oc_manufacturer table contains these columns:
-Full texts
-manufacturer_id
-name
-picture
-sort_order
-such
-ADR
-Localmap
-reg.
