Non Shop Template for second site using Multi-Store

Hello

our main website is an Opencart ecommerce store, but we also have another company website which doesn't have any shopping facility on it.

The non-shop site badly needs a rebuild and I was just wondering if there are any templates out there that could be used in this way. Still using categories and possibly Product pages for individual pages?

It would just make life so much easier to do all sites through one CMS admin

Any thoughts ? Can't seem to find anything like it in marketplace, but that could be because I'm searching for the wrong keywords!
