Hi there - site is www.printinghull.co.uk

I recently had a domain SSL installed (not sure if this is important) but it seems that from roughly that time I've been having problems with the site.

People I've been in email contact are saying they cannot checkout etc when they go to the site.

So I've tried logging in myself to the customer area, says: Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password.

Plus when you add products to cart and checkout the logging in part is fairly essential but it doesn't work :O

Pretty worried that I'm losing business (for about a month now) can somebody advise on how to solve the issue?

Ah my bad, think I've sorted this - some reason it had reset to only let people shop when I'd activated their account
