Upgrade from 1.4.8b to 1.4.91 Problem

Hi All
I am using an Algozone template and Knowingly that there might be a problem, I updated from 1.4.8b to the latest version.
The error message I'm getting is:

"
Fatal error: Class 'azInfoBox' not found in /home/content/44/6571744/html/store/catalog/view/theme/OC04A00422/template/module/cart.tpl on line 63"

I have asked Algozone about this problem and have not heard anything yet.
In the meantime I thought I'd post here and see if anyone has an idea how to fix this.

During the upgrade, everything went well, no problems at all. I got the success message.
I am able to log in into admin panel with no problem.
If I switch to the default template, there are no problems, but when I apply the Algozone template, I get the message above.

Any thoughts?

You need to re-apply the algozone mod
template/module/cart.tpl on line 63 is calling a class named azInfoBox and it can't find it
cart.tpl line 63 will tell you what it wants and in which file it wants it to be in
