After add new products, products are not showing in the home page, what is the settings to show the latest added products in the home page

Add Latest module on Home layout.

If you have default theme you can go with the instructions by "xxvirusxx" but in case you have different theme you need to go through the instructions given in theme documentation. If still not solve you can PM me.
