Well just read the error message:

File(/var/www/vhosts/madeinhome.ma/homefood.ma/system/startup.php) is not within the allowed path(s)

Which means you have some strange settings going on, either in your /config.php, /admin/config.php files or with file permissions on the server itself.

For quick, professional OpenCart support please email info@antropy.co.uk

Because of this: open_basedir restriction in effect
Means, there are some restrictions on this server (paths) and your file(s) is/are not within these allowed paths.

Contact your host to resolved this issue.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.

Then please add [SOLVED] to the title in the 1st post - thx.
And about your second reqeust, it would be better to post such in the commercial forum here (beside that you shall not mix 2 different issues in one thread).
