Need help with custom email module

I recently purchased a module for custom email creation.

Although it generates the required emails, there is a small cosmetic problem - it doesn't show my email logo, which has been uplaoded in the module.

I have emailed the extension developer and logged a support ticket on their site - but so far - no response.

What can I do?
