Dependent / Related Calculator from table v2.3

Hello everybody,
I am trying to find way how to create Dependent / Related Calculator that will change the prices Live, but as you can see in the table below there are too many related options that depends on the selected drop-down options. The size and the weight, depending of the quantity, for the shipping should be changed too and added.
Will be grateful if someone can help me with that!
