This is where you are going wrong. bohemiannymph should NOT be a subfolder. This is a hosting configuration problem not an OpenCart configuration problem.godly75 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 25, 2018 2:17 amNo the shop is under www.encountersmedia.be the root folder and /bohemiannymph is a subfolder.
What you currently seem to have, assuming your document root is /home/user/public_html/ as an example, is the following.
encountersmedia.be (with and without the www) points to /home/user/public_html/
bohemiannymph.encountersmedia.be points to /home/user/public_html/bohemiannymph/
What you need for a multi-store setup would be something like the following.
encountersmedia.be (with and without the www) points to /home/user/public_html/
bohemiannymph.encountersmedia.be points to /home/user/public_html/
I did find one help page about it for DirectAdmin, but it looks like something your host would have to do for you.

You your host can't sort it for you or tell what settings you need to change, you could just install a second copy of OpenCart. This would not allow you to share products and would have a second admin interface to manage the second store. Or you could change hosts.
