Nochex Module

Q,
Using your Nochex module.
I created an account, placed a order and used Nochex for payment, I was transfered to Nochex and made the payment, I recieved a order confirmation to the email address I used to say it was successful.
But I have no record of the order in Admin, when I go to my account I created there is no record of my purchase, I made some orders and used cash on delivery and these orders are in admin and also in my account I created.
Can you help?
