Paypal Standard text_attn_email

Getting errors from Paypal after upgrading to Opencart V1.4.9.1 with the latest paypal module.
Only happening on some orders am yet to work out the common factor.
The issue i get is an email form the cart confirming order, email from paypal confirming payment.
But then i also get an email with subject: text_attn_email
From averncleaningsupplies.com@web128.extendcp.co.uk

Also the order status is set to "CANCELLED" once this is received?
Any help much appreciated!
