Google sitemap not working. Need help

Hi,
Can someone please help me out, I can't figure out why our sitemap gives an error. It can't be read by google.
It gives a HTTP error.

Fixed, somehow the robots.txt blocked the sitemap.
The new google console doesnt exactly show whats wrong, the old one does.

This topic can be locked
try to create any directory in your public_html and put the file there and then add the link to google console
for example
public_html/new/sitemap
