How to empty affilliate account balance

Dear E-commerce masters:

Question: How to empty affiliate account balance.
I have paid the balance to affiliate owner, and would like to empty the balance so that I won't double pay him/her later.
Please advise how to delete all of the transaction or at least make the balance to 0. See below markup.
