Hello All:

I got my site up and running and everything was going well til out of state customers started not seeing PayPal as a payment option. With out that as a payment option my store doesn't work for a client who lives in another state trying to checkout. I need help with this ASAP as I have clients asking about ordering.

check the paypal module settings and make sure you don't have anything set in the zone field. my guess is you chose your tax zone there and it limited it to your state.
