Don't have access to search on the frontend.

Hey all,
I have an issue i can't seem to be able to fix.
As i didn't build this site myself i also have no idea to look, and what it might have caused.
The developer that build the site abandoned me so i am trying to fix his work myselfs.
When i do a search on my shop page i get:
However the rest of the site, urls and links do work.
It is opencart 3.0.2.0
@ www.paperspecials.nl
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Zoeken means search but it is dutch, so i think it has something to do with seo urls or something.Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /zoeken/ on this server.
However the rest of the site, urls and links do work.
