FRENCH language pack for v.2 and v.3

Hi all,

Just picked up OpenCart over WooCommerce and Magento

Now , as a developer, I'd like to pick up v.3 and contribute to the code

First thing 1st: I need to setup a store for the customer. She speaks English but the Front-End is targeted to local visitors speaking FRENCH.

Nothing found here, nothing found on GitHug, nothing found ion the Blog...

WHERE IS THE FRENCH PACK for v.2. and I guess it's the same for the v.3_?

WHERE CAN WE DOWNLOAD THE FRENCH LANGUAGE PACK_??
