Hi, Can somebody help me with this issue. Paypal is showing and working in the checkout page if I'm not using any coupon code. But when I'm trying to include a coupon code in the cart page , Paypal is not showing or working once I checkout. I have 2 options for payment. Bank Transfer and Paypal. Bank Transfer is only working if there is a coupon code apply.

Tested with a clean install of 2.3.0.2 and the PayPal Standard payment method was showing.
What PayPal payment method are you using and what are the settings?
Are you using any theme or extensions? Have you tried without these?

Your issue maybe caused by an extension or your settings. Are you using any extensions and what settings do your have set in the PayPal Express Checkout and coupon?
