The easiest way to create a module is to download the DIY Module Builder skeleton from HostJars.

The opencart.hostjars.com is not works.

Second:

The Extension Building Tutorial Part 1 is great, but why not Part 2, Part 3 etc?

Please help me, I would like learning developing, but the tutorials and docs are very not helpful and the onlone tutorials are 1.x or 2.x versions, not 3.x. Please send me a link a helpful tutorials. I would like developing modules payments and shipping. Thanks.

You can also learn from built-in modules that comes with OpenCart, there are many modules in OpenCart installation pack.
