Mails not sending or recieving

Hello

For some reason my mails from orders to my clients or sending notify mails to me has stop working.
Tested on my second webshop also 3.0.2 version and have the same problem.
So tested on my 3th and 4th webshop running 2.3 and there it works like a charm.

Is this a know bug or any solution for this?
Running PHP 7.2.8 on my server
PHP mail test working fine to and recieving.
Disabled the events and tested 1 by 1, but no succes.
So its somewhere in 3.0.2 version.

Any error logs you could post? Since v2.3 releases works with the email but not v3.0.2.0 release, first ensure to have configured your admin - > systems - > settings - > edit settings - > mail tab properly (including the bottom of the form) and that the 33 events in your admin - > extensions - > events are active.

You can also test the v3.1.0.0 alpha version to see if the same issue can be reproduced for non-production levels.

Hello, thank you for responding.
It works af few weeks ago. Nothing happend and now both stores have the same problem.
No error is empty and active.
Configuration mails settings is ok, works on my 2.3 version.
Mail test is ok.
The events are active, but only 5 are there, wich are the 33 events?
The module GDPR works and sending mails! But no orders, product request or contact page. Strange

Correct. 33 events should be listed. Re-create your event table on your database. See this post: viewtopic.php?f=202&t=202500&p=715912#p715912

I have the same problem and it does not work ... I have to uninstall the script and install it again :(

Did you inserted the events in the sql database manule?

First check in admin what events are there?
Because events starts from number 1 to 33.
If you have module events like quick checkout or seo, etc they have number 3 or 5 and you can not import the inserts.
So the code below you should see numbers from 1 to 3, rename those numbers and add just 1 extra before the number.
Example: 1=11, 2=12, 3=13, 10=110 etc...
Dont remove the event table, not nessecary.
In phpmyadmin, select you database and the click oc_event
On top bar yoy will see sql, click on it.
Copy this an paste (ctrl+v) in the empty sql field.

By following database queries instructions, also ensure the database table prefix name corresponds with the table prefix name of your own database. If not, each table prefixes must be renamed accordingly before executing each queries in PHPMyAdmin.
