I'm sure I'm being very stupid so talk me through like I'm a complete newbie (as I am at extensions). I've bought the ultimate discount extension, downloaded it onto my laptop but now I don't know how to get it onto my website. Can someone help me? Thank you
Extensions should come with some kind of installation instructions, so check the documentation for that. Usually, you can just upload the .ocmod.zip bundle using the extension installer, and that will install the extension. Then, if there is an ocMod component, refresh your ocMod cache in Extensions > Modifications.
If you're using OpenCart 2 and your FTP info isn't set up in System > Settings > FTP, I recommend getting this quick fix, which will let you use the installer without FTP info:
