We have this morning received a failed sagepay payment email supposed to be order number 121, but that order does not exist in our admin area, the last order was 120?
It seems that someone from Nigeria has tried using a card from Brighton, UK and obviously it is fraud so Sagepay have declined the transaction BUT the order is not showing in the admin which is very strange.
If they have got as far as trying to pay then shouldnt the order be showing in the admin area?
I am ofcourse going to contact the person from Brighton to alert them of what has happened so they can possibly inform the police but I was wondering why the order is not showing in the admin?
