OpenCart v 1.4.9.1

I uploaded Download AutoDetect to my server space, yet it isn't showing as a module in OpenCart, I also cannot figure out where to upload a file to via FTP. I upload to the folder that I think it should be, but nothing shows up in the downloads page in the admin interface

When you say it isn't showing as a module in Opencart, do you mean its not showing under "extensions" in the admin? Because if so, then it doesn't actually appear there.

You FTP your downloadable files to the "download" folder. Once you do that, go to Catalog > Downloads in your admin panel, and the file you FTP'ed should be there.

If not, you should check admin>model>catalog>download.php to make sure that the file extension you've uploaded is listed there. If not, add it in. The relevant bit of code you're looking for is at the top of the file, and starts with $types =

I installed this extension last week on v 1.4.9.1, so I can confirm that its working fine.

Hope this helps!

There is no visible module to see. It is all codebased. Upload a file to your /download/ folder and then load the download page in the admin, you should see it
