Multi-language (Japanese and Chinese) image file name become garbage code

Hello,

I am having an opencart at Japanese and Chinese.
Default language is set to Chinese.

I found when we upload image file in Japanese or Chinese file name.
The file file will become garbage code.

Sometime the image upload not working.
We have to change image file name to English or numbers.
Or have to add an English or number in front of our language name.

After the changes.
The image file will be fine for uploading.

Do I need to use English or number as our image file name??
or
Is there any way to solve this issue?

it is recommended to name image using english letter and number,not chinese or japanese, otherwise ,sometimes will see image not found.
