Key not found

I have installed a payment module for USA ePay.

When payment is submitted I get this error:
Specified source key not found. (00023)
What can be causing this error? I have double checked and everything is in place.

In the admin section of this module I do have the correct key entered for USA ePay.

I'm sure the error message is an OpenCart error message.

Doesn't anyone have an idea of what the problem might be?
