Testing a new site and noticed 1st class shipping rate is not provided when shipping options are offered to customer. A large number of our products are currently shipped 1st class for cost savings. I then checked another site of ours that runs on 2.3.0.2 and noticed the same issue there. How do we get 1st class rates to show (yes, box checked in shipping extension)?

Well, First class postage is no default Shipping Extension, as I am aware of,
you'll have to download an Extension, and add/replace your Values to it in the
corresponding Admin Section, to make it work, like:
