Separate coupon total / vat total per product in order email

Hi. I would like to know if there is any way to Separate coupon total / vat total per product in order email, now we have P.name/ Quan / price /total i need to change it like P.name/ Quan / price /vat/coupon dis. /total . Any help is welcome. Or where to start ?
