1.how it can be possible when somebody placed an order with our store and admin get a message with customer information on message.
2. How it can be possiblewhen somebody just adds product on a cart, so how to get information for that.

I think it is very simple configure some email user account on your mobile and add additional address to your OC to receive this alert messages by e-mail.
